Quote is subject to an on site physical measure.
All finish sanding, staining, clear coating, painting and other prep work is the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in this quote.
Stairs and railing are installed on separate days by our specialized crews.
Notification of damage/flaws in our product that are present at time of delivery must be made within 2 business days of removing wrap protection to Railmaster Stairways Ltd. Secondary costs (such as painting/staining, return visits by other trades) incurred by purchaser are not covered. Repair or replacement is at the discretion of Railmaster Stairways Ltd.
We cannot install stairs or railings that do not comply with building code.
Wood is a naturally grown product and even though care is taken to select the best looking product possible, natural beauty marks will occur and are beyond our control.
Valuable items or those of sentimental value to purchaser must be removed from the immediate work area and will not be handled by Railmaster employees.
Acceptance of quote constitutes acceptance of conditions.
50% deposit
2% per month charge will be applied to overdue accounts
