We are a family-owned and operated business of second-generation stair and railing builders based in Fergus, Ontario.
Since our establishment over 25 years ago, we have grown steadily into one of the region's most respected stair builders.
Railmaster's founder, Peter Berwaldt, established Railmaster in 1989 in a 400-square-foot shop with one employee. His commitment to building quality products earned him a reputation as a reliable contractor and formed a solid foundation for his growing business. Railmaster's current 14,000-square-foot facility, built in November 2007, provides the space for us to continue to grow and improve. In addition, our continuing investment in machinery has increased our capacity while ensuring consistently high quality.
